My name is Jennifer Becker, but most people know me simply as "Fer". I'm a holistic nutrition and detox counselor, certified hoop dance instructor, yoga teacher and microgreen farmer. I help women level up their health and feel better in their body using the power of food, mindfulness, movement and play!

I healed my own body from endometriosis, PCOS, and painful cystic acne. I spent years researching nutrition and alternative medicine to find answers. Through years of trial and error, I no longer suffer from those things.  During my own health journey, my son was vaccine injured. It was a long road to help him recover, but we got there! He no longer suffers from the side effects he experienced for nearly six years. Our health journeys were a testament to holistic healing.  

I know what it is like to hear doctors say there is nothing else they can do, or when they suggest things that don't sit well with your heart. I know it can be frustrating trying to figure out what the next steps should be when you are tired and struggling. As a mother, I know what an emotional roller coaster it can be with children when they don't feel their best. Sometimes we need a little extra support and guidance - that's where I come in...

In addition to my life experiences, my education and training at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, Regenerative Living School, and the Jacksonville Health and Wellness Center has helped strengthen my practice for whole-health advocacy. It has allowed me to step into my role with a level of knowledge and expertise that is unique, potent, and effective. With each woman I help, I am creating a ripple effect that is felt throughout that persons life, and the people that surround them. This is my dharma. I am here for you!
